Derman Timber (Hong Kong) Company Limited, backed by its parent company Dongguan Derman Timber Company Limited, is a leading manufacturer in the high-end timber door industry. We specialize in designing, developing, producing, and installing premium wooden and armored doors, including certified fireproof doors, decorative wall panels, skirting boards, and related products. Our services include comprehensive engineering and installation solutions for high-end real estate projects worldwide.

With an investment of nearly 200 million yuan, our 100,000-square-meter facility is equipped with advanced production technology from Germany, Italy, Japan, and Taiwan, as well as a 2.5 MW solar power plant, reflecting our commitment to sustainable manufacturing. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified, ensuring adherence to international quality standards.

Our production capacity exceeds 300,000 high-end door products and over 3 million meters of baseboards annually, serving more than 500 major real estate companies, including Poly Developments and Holdings Group and China Vanke. Our reputation for quality and reliability has made us a preferred supplier for premium properties.

Factory Equipment

Our production philosophy has always been "Minimize manual labor, Maximize machinery use." Human differences can significantly impact product quality, so nearly all production tasks at Derman are completed using various types of equipment, including a range of digital and computerized machines. We source many of our advanced equipment from around the world, particularly from Italy and Germany, making our setup quite unique in the domestic market. This state-of-the-art machinery ensures the consistency and precision of our products while also maintaining high output levels, allowing us to deliver on time. Relying heavily on manual labor for large-scale production can be less reliable, which is why we prioritize mechanization.
