Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 10-15 years of experience in the building materials or furniture industry. Minimum of 5 years in a senior managerial or sales leadership role.
Skills:
- Proven experience in business planning, sales strategy development, and financial oversight.
- Excellent management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in data analysis and market trend research, and able to propose practical sales strategies.
Languages:Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Position: Project Director
Role and Responsibilities:
The role for Project Director to oversee and manage the construction and after-sales service for our door installation projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and organizational skills, ensuring that all aspects of the project lifecycle are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Director will be responsible for managing both the on-site construction process and post-installation support, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management:
- Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from tender submission, order placement, shipment, installation, to post-installation service.
- Ensure that all project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, adjusting as needed to meet changing priorities.
- Coordinate the project teams and resources, including contractors, vendors, and internal staff.
2. On-Site Supervision:
- Manage and supervise the on-site construction and installation teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring that all installations are completed on time and according to the specified standards.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction or installation process.
3. Customer Relations and Satisfaction:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during the project, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that the project meets or exceeds their expectations.
- Implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and service quality.
4. Post-Installation Support:
- Oversee the after-sales service process, ensuring that all maintenance and support requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Manage customer feedback and use it to improve future projects and services.
5. Team Leadership and Coordination:
- Lead and motivate a team of project managers, engineers, and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
6. Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure that all projects comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and internal quality controls.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout the project to maintain high standards.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on construction, installation, or related industries.
